Who we are: We are a couple with 3 adult children who do not live at home. Our bedroom is on the second floor. Who you are: Clean, responsible and considerate single tenant. Proof of valid ID, references from employer and/or landlords, tenants insurance, credit check and a one month damage deposit are required to secure this room.
