We will share the kitchen and bathroom. My home is spotless and I take pride in keeping it that way. The building is a quiet well maintained low rise on a small residential street. The unit is on the fourth floor with no elevator. There is new laundry equipment in the basement, pay per use. Permit parking is available on the street. TTC bus on Broadview is a 30 second walk and the subway is about a 12 minute walk. The closest intersection is Broadview and Cosburn. I love to cook, so the kitchen is fully equipped. I am happy to share the kitchen and everything in it. We will keep our groceries separate. A little about me: I live an active and busy lifestyle. I am up early each day for yoga and nature walks, and I am in bed by 10 pm. I'm easygoing and value a peaceful, comfortable home. This is a quiet home, not a party space. Cleanliness and respect for shared spaces are important. My ideal roommate: I am looking for a respectful, clean, and considerate roommate who is either working or in school and has a similar lifestyle. Costs: Monthly rent is $1100.00 per month, all inclusive of utilities. First and last month's rent required.
