Cozy Room for Rent in Central Location

About the property: It’s a 3 bed house with a bathroom. I have a bedroom and office space for myself and the available bedroom is unfurnished and ready for you to move in. The bathroom is shared and has a tub/shower w/ nice shower head, and toilet has a Toto bidet. The backyard has a fireplace and space for gardening if that’s your thing. A glass-top table and 5-6 chairs on some pavers for relaxing. In-suite laundry via washer and dryer stack. Location has a bus stop across the street and a sizeable shopping centre. FreshCo, Shoppers, Pub, Dollarama, Scotiabank, Little Caesar’s. 15 minute drive to downtown, 5 minutes to Deerfoot Meadows (Best Buy, Costco, T&T, etc.), and less than 2 minutes to riverbend across glenmore bridge which has access to their own shopping centre w/ McD’s, Sobeys, RBC bank, etc. The neighbourhood is pretty chill. People are generally kind and helpful - want to support each other and the community. It feels like a small town in southern Alberta but in the heart of the city. You can take Ogden Road alternatively from Deerfoot/Glenmore as your own private trail route straight to downtown via Inglewood. It’s honestly a hidden gem in a historic part of Calgary. If you’re taking the bus; you have a nice network of routes to get to where you need (and a bus stop across the street). Room can be furnished or unfurnished. About me: It’s just me in the house aside from a basement tenant that is incredibly quiet. They are very kind and respectful. Also have a separate entrance and you won’t see them often other than when they are performing yard work. I am 29, I have been out of mom’s basement for 11 years and I’ve lived in my own place and in shared spaces w/ roomies over that decade. I’m mostly quiet but I do like to listen to music, watch shows/movies, game, etc. I have no problem being respectful with volume/sound. I work professionally in IT and am working in my home office Mondays, Fridays and evenings/weekends as required. Otherwise, I’m in Bridgeland with our corporate HQ. I’m a big nerd and I love modified cars and working on them. Hopefully you are too, or at least don’t mind :) Looking forward to meeting you.
