All Bridgewater suites are unfurnished and require a one year lease, which then automatically continues on a month to month basis for as long as you like. The City’s Public Library and Civic Plaza are just down the street, and the reinvigorated Lonsdale Avenue is just one block further with grocery stores, restaurants, transit, and more! These Resident Managers have been awesome, from the moment we met them on our first day at Bridgewater. They are always smiling, working hard on keeping the building looking new, and always have time for every resident who walks by their office. We’ve had conversations like neighbours used to have back in the day, about family, vacations, etc. and it’s really nice to have those conversations again. Their assistants are just as happy and as hard working as they are. They’ve set the bar high for what we expect as a resident manager!
