The living area opens onto a private fenced patio and garden perfect for summer BBQ's. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and the bathroom. The bedroom available has a large closet, desk and bookcase to suit the needs of a student. WiFi access is available throughout the house.There are laundry facilities in the basement as well as extra storage space.I have a cat so no other pets please.
