It has 2 bedrooms with 1 shared bathroom and 1 shared kitchen. The other bedroom that I am offering for a potential guest is ideal for a single occupant. It has a single-size bed, a study table, chair, side table with lampshade and a closet. My home is a very quiet place to dwell in considering that I am living alone and most of the time I am either out for work or resting in my bedroom. Guest could cook and do laundry as needed.
